News-Antique.com - Aug 21,2012 - On offer is two privately held collections of Chinese & Southeast Asian antiquities for sale - over 70 different pieces in total. Consisting of Chinese Neolithic, Han, Warring States and Ming Dynasty pottery and terracotta, Burmese and Thai lacquerware, wooden and brass Buddhas and other religious artifacts, as well Chinese antique furniture.
All items were purchased in the mid 1990′ ies in either Hong Kong, Singapore & Southeast Asia (with a few from London) - many hand selected by a former antiquities dealer in Southeast Asian art who has since retired.
Items have been well maintained and are in excellent condition other then normal wear and tear as would be expected from antiques and antiquities . Currently items are physically located in Hong Kong and have been held privately there since time of purchase. Collections may be sold as a set or split according to buyer preference.
Note that these items are not in China and can be shipped worldwide. Chinese items have been outside of China for over 20 years and are exempt from the US-Chinese bilateral agreement on cultural property.
