Artists include Wilson McCoy and Sy Barry for the Phantom along with Fred Fredericks and Phil Davis creating for Mandrake, all the stories were written by Lee Falk since each characters inception.
The Phantom was the very first costumed comic super hero beginning in 1934, and is continued to this day. Warner Brothers has recently announced their are making a new movie about Mandrake the Magician.
The art includes Sunday and Daily comic strips from King Features Syndicate.
Lee passed away several years ago and the art has been in the possession of his widow Elizabeth, who has decided to let the fans and comic art collectors have some of these wonderful pieces. Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authentication signed by Elizabeth Falk.
Each is a one of a kind work of art and museum quality.
