Victorian style white brocade bridal gown. This gown is unique, made by a local designer on the Eastern Shore & was never used. Description: Deep jeweled collar, covered with pearls. Size 10. In excellent condition. I have stored the dress for 18 years it should probably be professionally dry cleaned to freshen and iron.
The collar starts in the back and extend to the waist (approximately 24 inches long)
ending in a single scrunched fabric appears like a rose at the waistline. The collar is heavily jeweled all hand sewn, none missing consisting primarily of white pearls and some sequins sewn over an applied lace.
The long sleeves end in a 6 covered button cuff. The skirt is floor length with an approximately 3-4' train. The color is not a stark white but rather a creamy white. The brocade fabric appears to be of roses or camellias. A truly gorgeous gown. The tag states Bridallure a division of Alfred Angelo! A very sophisticated, elegant gown. Wedding bridal gown!
