874 diamonds of different sizes, colours and cuts, ranging from three heart-shaped diamonds totalling 48 carats to 443 FC natural Fancy Intense Yellow diamonds. A mechanism allows the three heart-shaped diamonds to open, like the petals of a flower, to reveal the pavé-set watch face.
