News-Antique.com - Sep 19,2011 - Auctioneer, television appraiser and expert Phil Weiss will auction Music and Hollywood Memorabilia to the highest bidder on Friday Sept. 23 beginning at 4:00 pm ET at his gallery in Oceanside NY.
The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley, Grateful Dead, Nirvana, Billy Joel, and Chuck Berry are some of the big names whose memorabilia is desirable and continuing to rise in value. The auction includes Concert posters and handbills, autographs, records, audio tapes, musical instruments, clothing and promotional items of all forms of music including rock n roll, rhythm and blues, jazz, country, punk, alternative, pop and blues among others.
There are items from the music scenes in San Francisco, New York, Texas, Michigan, Boston and other places around the globe, including a collection of Rolling Stones original concert posters from 1969 to present.
