Maloney, Jr., managing partner at Appraisal Course Associates, recently spoke to a standing-room only group of personal property and gems and jewelry appraisers during the 75th ASA International Appraisers Conference held at the JW Marriott Hotel in downtown Washington, DC Aug 14-17, 2011.
