Fresh Look for FrasersAutographs.com The UK’s premier autograph and memorabilia dealer has relaunched its website today with new and significantly improved functions and a fresh new look, more representative of its premium branding.
News-Antique.com - Feb 10,2011 - Fraser’s Autographs, a division of the rare stamp and collectibles dealer, The Stanley Gibbons Group plc, has launched its newly transformed website today as part of the group’s e-commerce expansion plans for 2011.
The new site has been built by e-commerce specialists, Sceneric, who have undertaken projects for companies such as Zurich, LOVEFiLM and B&Q. They are also involved in the current revamp of the main Stanley Gibbons website, which is also due to launch shortly.
The development undertaken by Sceneric and Stanley Gibbons has made the new site simpler to navigate, with improved search functionality and a built-in 4x magnifying tool which allows customers to examine the finer detail of any autographed item or piece of memorabilia whilst online.
Manager of Fraser’s Autographs, Ania Polyniak, believes the additional functionality will be a great benefit to customers:
“The new site allows us to fully integrate our marketing initiatives and provides a seamless customer journey.”
“I am immensely pleased with the look and feel of the new site. I believe our customers will appreciate the changes which have been designed to make their online experience as polished as coming into the store at 399 Strand.”
To celebrate the new-look site existing customers will be sent a unique online voucher code entitling them to 10% discount which the company hopes will encourage customers to experience one aspect of the new functionality for themselves; they will also be running incentives for new customers via social media, as well as classic e-commerce channels.
