veer left to continue.
Continue on until at about 7 miles on your odometer, you see a black sign on the left with white letters that say "Alluis."
Right after the sign is a dirt/gravel road on your left. There's also a low sign that says Tuggie Drive. Turn left onto Tuggie and go SLOWLY down that road, passing 2 houses on the left and 2 on the right until you see an upturned iron gate to your left. Go through that opening and down two steep hills and you'll see a lake. Immediately turn left to park past the boathouse and walk around the lake to the estate sale at the three-story home. We will allow you to drive down the driveway for loading purposes only or Gabbi can haul you back and forth with your finds.
This family home is chock full of Indian pottery, including horsehair vase, baskets, blankets, rugs, sterling jewelry, hand-crafted dishware and vases, signed artwork and paintings, antiques, china, crystal, guitars, hats, clothes by the hundreds primarily ladies designer clothing and hats, appliances, tools, fish-breeding equipment, videos and literature, a decent sized library well versed in art, history and travel, movies, music, furniture, office supplies and furnishings, outdoor everything from plants and pots to wrought iron, bedding, linens, dolls, souvenirs and travel items, and everything fun and well worth having.
While it will be hard to compete with last week’s fantastic liquidation of Pat and Elaine Blatnick’s home on Florin Road, we are going to give it one helluva try at this country estate up in the foothills. Don’t forget to allow time to antique and junk store shop in Dry Town, Sutter Creek or Jackson on your way up. They also have real Gold Mine tours nearby as well. We also stopped by the produce stand on Jackson highway and made out with some great gourds and fun fruits and veggies for a picnic for the kids.
While Janet and I worked hard at prepping the home for your visit yesterday, Sophie and three of her girlfriends paddled the rowboat around the lake and screamed and laughed about all the algae and water bugs for hours on end. What a lovely day we all had. Such a great cap to our busy workweek getting Pat’s house all purged for the new owners of his real estate.
We want you to know how much we appreciate your patronage, thank you for your time to come see us at these sales and thanks for the read.

Rules of thumb for our Sutter Creek sale
The road coming down the hill into the lake is a one way narrow road, you need to drive slow and patiently as you may come upon another car coming up or down against you
The car driving down the hill will ALWAYS have the right of way. There is no possible way that the car driving down can back up this narrow steep gravel driveway. Don’t expect
