back. The price was such a steal they just had to have this dream home and private heaven on water. They thought that all of their dreams had come true and that they would live happily ever after in each other’s arms until the end of time. Unfortunately this year when Gail had a very abrupt and jolting stroke, it changed both of their lives forever.
Not being able to handle the stress and drain of having a stranger or caretakers in their home at all times to help care for Gail, they eventually both took up residence in a full time care facility in a nearby miracle medical town in the valley and will now unload this home that needs far more care than Mike is able to give it and still tend to his loving wife full time every single second of the day and his life.
Within just a moment of vessels tightening and blood under or overflowing, brain function halting and bodily functions malfunctioning, their perfect home, love affair and life had changed forever. If meeting this doting husband wasn’t enough to warm my heart, seeing how he has followed through on his promise of ‘till death do us part’ stirred me into a sober meditative state of self reflection and personal work needing to be done.
