Wings900 is now also a blog platform and industry news portal With 13 years of dedication to model aircraft, a database covering more than 20,000 model planes, Wings900 now offers collectors a blog platform and industry news portal.
News-Antique.com - Jun 04,2010 - Wings900, the popular forum-based site for model aircraft collectors has evolved and will now also offer a blogging platform for users. The site blogs can be used by individual collectors and enthusiasts to write about their own models and by manufacturers, dealers and other similar businesses to make announcements and update the collecting community about their products or new releases.
The two sections – individual user blogs and announcements – are featured in separate sections of the site, allowing users to easily find either type of blog. Upload is quickly and easily achieved via the simple-to-use MyBlog interface and is entirely controlled by the user who can post their own choice of text and images.
Some of the articles already written by users are the story of the Cuban national carrier, the world’s largest airport in 1:87 Scale under construction and a A380 built from Lego!
