This series was issued in January, 2009. The stamps showcase the official Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and Paralympic Winter Games emblems as well as the three mascots: Miga, Quatchi and Sumi.
#2. Royal Mail: Olympic stamps from London
These stamps were issued by Royal Mail to celebrate the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The set was unveiled in October, 2009.
#3. Germany: IAAF World Championships in Athletics - Berlin 2009
In March, 2009, Germany issued four postage stamps commemorating 12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics - Berlin 2009.
The German Minister of Finance also presented the 10-euro commemorative coin.
