News-Antique.com - Mar 26,2010 - Dover, DE -- On Sunday, May 2, Promoters Toyshows.org will host Delaware's largest free outdoor antique and collectible show, the Third Delaware Antique and Collectible Extravaganza, which will be held on the grounds of Spence's Bazaar, 550 S. New Street, Dover, DE. The event coincides with Dover Days Festival Weekend.
Antique and collectible dealers from up and down the East Coast will be offering a wide variety of merchandise sure to please enthusiasts and shoppers with varied tastes. Vintage furnishings, artifacts, jewelry, porcelain, ephemera, memorabilia, glassware, advertising, dolls. trains, pottery, collectible's and toys will be featured. Gates open at 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.. Admission is Free. For early-bird buyers, there is a $5 admission at 8 a.m. Free parking and food will be available. Rain date is May 9.

Delaware's Dover Days Festival, now in its 77th year, is one of the state's longest-running festivals. It celebrates the history of the Capital City. This year's festival begins on Friday, April 30 through Sunday, May 2. The event includes 175+ vendors, car show, live entertainment, an antique wedding gown exhibition, traditional maypole dancing, Colonial artisans, Kids Zone, Energy Village, parade, costumed pet parade, locally-made Amish quilt auction and more.
