We know what you are doing... it is cold outside and you are hibernating! This activity (or lack thereof) may lead to boredom and blues! Put your long johns on, and a few layers over top, and come visit! With the holidays over, it is time to do some things for yourself! Come see what George has done... he has changed one of the front windows into a Havre de Grace Bar scene... complete with an original counter from "Green's Pharmacy" (a piece of Havre de Grace history) turned into a bar! He has on display a varied collection of old beer cans and bottles, tap handles, back bar statues and pub jugs. We even have shirts, hand silkscreened (by our son Sam) with a very cool 1942 Baltimore Beer ad... get one for yourself... a guaranteed conversation starter! You can't miss us if you happen to drive by in the evening, with some of our many neons lighting up Union Avenue!
So... put the layers on and get out of the house will ya!! Come see us!!

What is "Breweriana"?
Breweriana commonly refers to any article containing a brewery name or brand name. Examples include beer cans, bottles, bottle tops, cans, labels, openers, tin signs, coasters, beer trays, steins, wooden cases and neon signs. A cross between antique shopping and collectibles, 'breweriana' has become the latest rage. Anything and everything that has been used to contain or advertise beer is now considered a potential work of art. And rightly so, since many of them are. Bahoukas Beer MuZeum has the areas largest collection of Breweriana, and everything is for sale! Come see, come buy!!!
We won the Governors Photo Contest!
By we, I mean the whole Havre de Grace Community! In our last newsletter I told the story about how the Havre de Grace Main Street Community all came together and produced a Cinderella Wedding (featuring Bahoukas' own Prince George and Cinderella Barbara).
