News-Antique.com - Dec 14,2009 - Cleveland, Ohio – December 14th, 2009 – Kovels.com, the Web’s largest free price guide for antiques and collectibles, today released its latest list of the most searched items on its site. Occupied Japan, the dominant search throughout 2009, remains at the top position.
The top searches on Kovels.com’s price guide acts as a barometer for current interests and trends among collectors. As the holiday season approaches, buyers are looking for smaller items, and interest in large antiques and collectibles is temporarily decreasing. November’s top four searches remained the same as in October, though furniture fell from the top five and Lladro and Bossons entered the top ten.
