News-Antique.com - Nov 02,2009 - Host Tammy Kahn Fennell has just announced that she will be developing a Twitter Application directly inspired by small businesses such as her own site, vintagerarestuff.com.
Twitter is a microblogging tool that allows people to update their status. Originally designed as a social networking tool, it is quickly becoming a powerful marketing tool for small businesses.
Inspired by her own niche of antiques and collectibles, Tammy is in the process of developing an "ethical" twitter marketing tool. The tool promises to increase followers in very narrow niches, and help turn those followers into customers. It promises to be easy to use.
A short promo video can be found here:
The tool also promises to integrate twitter lists, which is a new function twitter unrolled last week. This has already proven powerful in the antiques industry with thousands of lists popping up within a day of the functionality launching. Twitter lists is a way to organize twitter followers by category, and invite other people to follow who you follow.
Tammy has made a video detailing how and why twitter lists should be used which can be viewed at youtube here:
To connect more with Tammy you can catch her every tuesday at CollectiblesCornerTV.com - this tuesday has her partner in this application, Alan Hamlyn on to talk about how Antiques and Collectibles sellers can improve their Search Engine Rankings.
