Highlights of the sale include:
The top lot of the auction is Lot 196: 1958 Les Paul Standard 1958 Gibson Les Paul Standard Burst, with original tune-o matic bridge, and dual PAF humbuckers. The opening bid is $38,000.
The auction features over 50 lots of autographed guitars, from the legends of rock and roll, including Eric Clapton, Led Zepplin, The Who, ACDC, The Rolling Stones, and Bob Dylan. Lot 192, a Yamaha Acoustic guitar signed by The Who, with Certificate of Authenticity, has a minimum bid of $6,500.
A collection of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia includes Lot 201, a sequin dress gifted from the actress to Mitty Lawrence in the 50s, which opens for bidding at $750.
A signed Michael Jackson black fedora in Lot 95 has a minimum bid of $500.
