News-Antique.com - Jul 05,2009 - Burton, Michigan - 5 July 2009 – Genevieve’s Antique Treasures (http://www.genevievesantiquetreasures.com/) today announced their effort to stimulate the troubling economy by implementing a “Dollar Booth” at their antique and collectibles mall. One room-size booth has been set aside and stocked with antique and collectible merchandise; each priced at one dollar.
The antiques and collectibles community, being members of the original Green Movement, have done their part for the environment by reclaiming and recycling their product; thus keeping thousands of items out of our landfills. Always willing to do their part for the community, this group is once again stepping up to help the local economy with the Dollar Booth. Each item in this booth will be priced at one dollar. The owners, Kruck’s Korner Kollectibles, LLC, have purchased a special ink stamp for this occasion. Regardless of the amount on the price tag if the price tag has this ink stamp the cost to the customer will be $1.00 plus state sales tax.
John, a member of Kruck’s Korner Kollectibles, LLC, says, “The merchandise may be inexpensive but it will comply with the policies of our store regarding quality.”
Cindy, a member of Kruck’s Korner Kollectibles, LLC, says, “This booth is going to benefit the customers and the dealers alike. A great source of inexpensive collectibles for the customer and a convenient venue of selling ‘smalls’ for the dealers.”
Genevieve’s Antique Treasures opened its doors to the public October 15, 2008 and quickly filled to capacity with quality antiques and collectibles from over 50 dealers. Genevieve’s Antique Treasures is located at 4371 S. Saginaw in Burton, Michigan; in the Metropolitan area of Flint, Michigan and welcomes customers and dealers alike to stop by and have a look at their treasure. Genevieve’s is open 7 days a week, Monday through Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursday Noon to 8:00 p.m., Friday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday Noon to 5:00 p.m.
