New Look for Appraiser Workshops Blog Appraiser Workshops Blog has changed its design and layout on the web. The new look is a change from the a standard template offered by blog to a new custom template.
News-Antique.com - Jun 19,2009 - The Appraiser Workshops blog has a new look and the appraisal and fine and decorative art market related content continues to grow and expand with close to 600 posts.
The new look coincides with the nearing of the blogs one year anniversary. The AW blog has a large and dedicated following. The number of visitors to the site and subscribers to the email posts continue to grow. Todd Sigety, partner in the Appraiser Workshops said "The older blog template version was starting to look a bit stale, the content was great, but the layout and format needed to be improved. The new layout has the look of a webzine, with a featured image or post section above the regualar blog posting area. The new layout has more potential for growth, and use of newer technologies such as allowing the embedding videos as well as other web 2.0 capabilities."
The site has become a useful tool to appraisers. Professional appraisers need to be aware of what is happening in this quickly changing and challenging economy. Many market segments are down, while others are showing signs of growth. There are also some signs the market downturn has finally bottomed out.
The current economic climate has presented many opportunities for collectors to make purchases. The AW Blog tracks many auctions markets and fine and decorative art news which the professional appraiser needs to make competent valuations decisions.
The comments and feedback from readers and subscribers has been terrific. Many say it is the first thing they read in the morning.
The blog was developed to publish news about the personal property profession and promote the Appraiser Workshops.
