Bruce Springsteen has emerged as a legendary rock and roll star, and in the 40 years of performing he has blazed a trail of roots rock, traditional heartfelt melodies and stadium anthems describing his view of life and his aspirations for the future. In 1973 Bruce was an opening act on tour any where he could play supporting his newly released “Greetings From Asbury Park NJ” LP and by 1976 created the definitive record of the 1970s “Born To Run.”
There are posters from 1973 and 1976 in the upcoming Pop Culture auction March 1st in NY including an Amherst MA college concert in1973 opening for John Mayall and an original “Born To Run” promotional store display among other great artifacts
