Older autographs, political, space, and sports autographs each require a great deal of expertise and therefore are not included in the offered services. However, inquiries about these specialties are welcomed and will be answered with recommendations and advice.
Celebrity autographs that are submitted by email will only receive a rough examination and appraisal since a thorough examination cannot be made without the article present. However, the autograph will be thoroughly compared with all known authentic examples and an email with an expert opinion will be sent to the collector explaining the findings.
All autographs that are submitted by snail mail will receive a thorough examination and a Certificate of Authenticity. There is a small fee involved for the return shipping and handling for any items that is sent by snail mail for examination, otherwise the service is free.
American currency and commemorative coins on the other hand can be examined and appraised through email if detailed photos of the coin front and back are included. It is also helpful if at least one side or edging photo is included especially for the older coins.
Once an evaluation and appraisal is finished a certificate with the findings will be emailed to the collector free of charge. It is important to note that all examinations are done first come first serve and, depending on the number of evaluations being done, may require several days to finish.
