Westmoreland makes #4 on the TIAS "Hot List" for October 2008. This Footed Bell Bowl/ compote, with lace edge, marked with both a raised glass mark, and still has its foil tag which reads: Authentic Westmoreland Hand Made Milk Glass. 7-7/8 inches height, 9 inches across the top, 4-1/4 inches across the base, and is in nice condition.
