Proceeds from the Hillsborough Antique Show and Sale benefit United Voluntary Services, a non-profit organization that came into being two days after Pearl Harbor Day, when a group of women organized to help with civil defense. Since then, U.V.S. has become one of the largest all volunteer groups of men, women, girls and boys. The U.V.S. members work together under the banner of their greatest common denominator SERVICE.
