We have just added items from a collection of turquoise Polka Dots including cups and saucers, plates, bowls, coffee pot or tall teapot and a covered muffin dish, eggcups and cream and sugar all in a pattern guaranteed to put spots before your eyes! Most of the items are in the coveted Dainty shape but there is also a cup and saucer in the Henley shape in blue polka dots and can be seen at http://www.timewasantiques.net in the Shelley categories.
The Polka Dot pattern came in several different colors including green, coral red, pink, blue and of cours, turquoise. The pattern was made and was popular from 1940 to 1966 when the company closed. Polka Dots are hord to find and a very popular collectible today from a famous manufacturer.
