Owned by Noel and Judy Hatfield, Simply Primitive Antique Mall has 4000 square feet of booth space for antique dealers and quality antique or vintage furniture consignment. Located in the beautiful Loess hills just 45 miles south of Council Bluffs Iowa at Exit 1 on I-29. Simply Primitive Antique Mall is just minutes from other attractions in Nebraska City, Nebraska and a State Park withi 9 miles. Hamburg has three resturants, a soda fountain, and an apple orchard to visit . Simply Primitive Antique Mall is located in the old Masonic building built in 1858. Noel and Judy Hatfield also own Simply Primitive, an antique reproduction furniture manufacturing business located at the same address. Primitive pine painted and stained furniture along with candles and gifts are an added attraction to the new antique mall. Currently seeking vendors the low prices for booth space should make this business sell out quickly. Rates are $1.25 per square foot for booth rental, and shelf units start at $15.00 per month for a 4 ft. by 6 ft unit. A 10% commission rate also applies.
