Newport Beach, CA – August 22cnd, 2008: Grander Inc. dba, Crow’s Nest Yachts headed up by Newport Beach entrepreneur Anthony Hsieh, today announces the sale of a 127’ Crescent luxury motor yacht listed at 10,750,000.00 million. The sale of the yacht was brokered by Crow’s Nest Yachts sales veteran, Dennis Riehl.
“My client and I had been looking for close to a year to find the right boat for his particular requirements” said Dennis Riehl of Crow’s Nest Yachts. “It was wonderful to find this caliber of luxury yacht on the West Coast. It fits him and his wife's needs perfectly.”
The 127' Crescent was launched in 01 by the Crescent shipyard in western Canada. The Crescent shipyard is known as one of the finest custom shipyards in North America. Crescent yachts are renowned worldwide for superior design, reliability, and operation. Crescent is a Western Canadian yacht builder.
The 127’ Crescent sold by Crow’s Nest Yachts embodied luxury and elegance. She has 4 double private cabins for guests and a full width owner’s suite on the main deck forward. There is a circular stairway to the Large Sky lounge and main helm station. Further up is the huge fly bridge with wet bar, barbecue and seating for entertaining, complimented with a complete helm station. She has full walk around decks and access from the bow to the bridge deck via large steps up through a custom designed circular seating area.
The 127’ Crescent luxury extends to the crew with a custom hydraulic paseral to board from the stern, a large cockpit with entry to the three separate crew cabins.
Inside captains will find a large walk-in engine room showing off the MTU 16v2000 series engines with 1800 HP each. Other features include two 2000 gallon a day water-makers; US Coast Guard approved sewage treatment system; two 55KW generators; 7,000 gallons of fuel and so much more. With all of these features she is capable of world travel.
Arguably, she is one of the finest yachts presently on the West Coast. In today’s economy and with all of her custom features, the cost to build her would cost a startling $21,000,000 million dollars.
