News-Antique.com - Jan 30,2008 - ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The Atlantique City Antiques & Collectibles Show, the world’s greatest antiques event, and AntiqueTrader.com, the Web site for America’s Weekly Antiques & Collectibles Marketplace, are teaming up to host the Winning Pass Sweepstakes. Lucky collectors can enter to win one of three pairs of passes to the show’s early opening on Saturday, March 29. A spring classic, the fabulous Atlantique City will open at 9 a.m. on Saturday only to advance ticket holders.
Atlantique City brings more than 500 fine antiques dealers to the Atlantic City Convention Center every March and October. Dealers specialize in 18th-, 19th- and early 20th-century antiques, fine art and quality pop-culture collectibles. Exhibitors come from 41 states as well as Canada, Great Britain and Europe. Atlantique City offers free celebrity appraisals and free furniture delivery within 200 miles of the show (insurance and protective packaging required). This season’s sports memorabilia theme celebrates America’s sporting heritage with a special exhibit.
To enter, contestants must visit AntiqueTrader.com, the Web site of the nation’s longest-running antiques trade publication. Once at AntiqueTrader.com, contestants must reply to the Winning Pass Sweepstakes forum threat stating “I Want Atlantique City Tickets.”
Contestants can enter once each day and must have a valid email address to participate. The contest runs January 25th through March 20th, 2008. Three pairs of tickets will be given away. Winners will be selected February 8, February 29, and March 21 from all qualifying entries on AntiqueTrader.com.
Advance tickets are $5 off the box-office price and may be purchased online at www.atlantiquecity.com or by calling (800) 526-2724. Early Entry Tickets are $15 and allow show entry from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 29. Two-day advance tickets are $25 and include admission from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 30. One-day advance tickets for Sunday cost $10. The box office opens at 10 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday; admission is $20 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday and $30 for a two-day pass.
