News-Antique.com - Jan 10,2008 - Garden City, New York - Jan 10, 2008 - TIAS.com (http://www.tias.com) the Webs largest online antique & collectible mall, today released their annual report on what geographic locations online antiques and collectibles buyers came from during the previous year. This year the TIAS data includes country and state lists ranked by the quantity of items sold as well as the dollar value of items sold. For comparison, the 2006 lists can be viewed online at: http://tinyurl.com/2otkae
The data is based on millions of dollars in transactions at the web sites of about 540 online merchants in 2007. The lists are in descending order with the highest volume at #1.
This first list is based on the quantity of orders placed from each country in 2007. As an example, more individual items were purchased by people in Japan vs Great Britain.
