Joseph Joachim (1831-1907), Hungarian, teacher, composer, conductor and considered on the most influential violinists af all time. Vanity Fair cartoon, July 5, 1905. Both have condition problems, no text, but very good images.

We both think that it is not advisable to sell the land you point out at present...” Toned, mounting trace on address leaf, otherwise very good.

The second, ALS July 25th 1949,about slow delivery schedules of air freight! Both letters written from 30, Launceston Place, Kensington.
