in diameter, the larger buttons with a curved rim, showing four designs in all: Theodore Roosevelt preparing to shoot a lion [2]; on horseback as a “Rough Rider”; armed, riding an elephant through the jungle [2]; and facing down a rhinoceros! The duplicated designs are present once in each size. All are attractively held on a 4to card with a postcard photograph of Roosevelt. Patina on two larger buttons, otherwise all are in very good condition.

With a third card instructing her to respond to the White House Social Secretary, bearing her annotation that it was answered on 4/10/50. One small stain on earlier card, else all fine.

Last with front board detached but present, first apparently with frontispiece removed. Otherwise all very good.
