The copyright ownership will be transferred to the winning bidder.
A Mod and swingin' shirt was once stage worn and owned by "The Godfather ..." Mr. James Brown (d. 2006). Vintage white cotton shirt has "puffy sleeves" and grommet string ties at the nape of the "V" neck. The sleeves have string ties at the ends, that were wrapped around James' wrists, creating a swash-buckling "wristband" effect. Shirt appears to be a size "Large" (no labels inside) when J.B. was a little leaner and the picture of heath. This very same manuscript was published in 1993's "Jimi Hendrix - The Lost Writings - Cherokee Mist" compiled by Bill Nitopi. The poem is written in red ballpoint pen on the 6 x 8.25" unlined sheet with handwritten phone number on the reverse. EX/NRMT. with one barely discernable wrinkle.

Cobain's stomach problems were well documented and this is an ironic piece of rock n' roll history for sure.
