Recently, Johnny Pocisk of Johnny & The Hurricanes passed away after an amazing 50 years in show businees with several Top Ten Hits including "Red River Rock," Revillie Rock" and "Beatnik Fly." A collection of his personal items went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland OH, www.rockhall.com, and a collection of concert posters, personal clothing, contracts and other ephemera will be sold in the upcoming www.ItsOnlyRockNRoll.com online and catalog auction closing Dec. 16, 2006.
Included in the sale will be concert posters from the early 1960s at Boston College and at other venues incluidng Europe, handwritten lyrics, signed contracts, a script from a Merv Griffin show appearance and a complete stage worn outfit. One Concert handbill features Jerry Lee Lewis also on the bill for the April 4, 1964 show at Hamburg's Star Club with a couple of footnotes in Beatles history; Tony Sheridan and King Size Taylor & The Dominos.

John Lennon’s actual signature and instructions that was used for the cover of his LP “Walls & Bridges” estimated at $9,000-$12,000. A check signed by both John Lennon and Paul McCartney that is estimated at $7,000-$10,000.
