News-Antique.com - Nov 30,-0001 - Veteran North Carolina and Florida auctioneer Frank Speal has organized another of his well known Antique Advertising and Country Store auctions to be held June 30-July 1 at Rowan Auction Gallery on Old Union Church Road in Salisbury, NC. The two day event will feature over 1,000 items with 613 detailed in the full color catalog. Lots offered for sale will include advertising and petromobilia from a major collection in Indiana and juke boxes and coin ops from an estate in Jacksonville, FL plus many more additions. This will be a "no reserve" sale.
Products represented in the antique advertising selection include Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Dutch Boy, Mail Pouch, Red Crown Gasoline, Red Goose Shoes and many others. Machinery includes a Wurlitzer Model 780E juke box from 1941, a Mills Automatic Slot machine and a Jennings Electro Cernder slot among others. Country store items will include a selection of specialized display cases, a ten foot long seed counter, coffee grinders and a country store stove. The uncataloged sale begins Friday June 30 at 4:00PM. The catalog sale begins Saturday at 10:00AM.
