ROCKWOOD – Professional antique consultant Joe Rosson is scheduled for appraisals at the O’ Those Were The Days Antique Mall in Rockwood, TN on Saturday, Jun 3rd from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Rosson will be on hand to appraise a maximum of two individual pieces per person, with a $5 charge per item.
Rosson has over twenty-five years of experience appraising antiques and has evaluated the estates of President Andrew Johnson and Pulitzer prize winning author Alex Haley. He writes a bi-weekly column for the Knoxville News Sentinel, has authored two books and penned articles for Country Living, Country Home, Ohio Antique Review and Collector's Showcase. Rosson regularly appears on “Treasures In Your Attic” which airs on Saturdays at noon and Thursdays at 8:30 am on East Tennessee Public Television.
“This is a great time to find out how much some of the older items in your home are worth,” said Lisa Collett, owner of O’ Those Were The Days Antique Mall. “Plus it’s just fun to interact with others in this casual setting and talk about antiques.”
