70 Hi Ranger Cast Iron Cap Pistol J&E Stevens Co., Cromwell, Conn. Circa 1940. Cast Iron (Best/Logan, H13.1), 7-3/4" long. Marked “Hi Ranger” on both sides of frame. Single-shot/single action cap pistol has been fired and has some surface rust around the hammer and anvil and nickel finish. One rivet appears replaced. Horsehead & cowboy grips have scuffed yellow jewels. Action works well. C7/Fine condition.

77 Stevens 6-Shot Cast Iron Cap Pistol 1895 J&E Stevens Co., Cromwell, Conn. Circa1895. Cast Iron(Best/Logan, S2.1.3), 6-3/4". Marked: “PAT’D U.S.A. JAN.22, 1895” on right side. Unusual gun design has six separate triggers that fire 6 caps. As each trigger is pulled, another trigger appears. The caps are loaded in the spaces between the triggers. Dark finish is clean with only light surface rust. May have been fired but shows no pitting around hammer or between triggers. Functions well. Hammer spur has been professionally repaired (almost invisible). All rivets and finish appear original. Overall, C7/Fine
