News-Antique.com - Nov 30,-0001 - Website company owner Tim May and BrimfieldExchange announce the completion of its new Information Building in Brimfield, Massachusetts. Centrally located, the rugged Post and Beam construction replaces the tent facility used since 2000.
The BrimfieldExchange Information Building offers high-speed Internet access and acts as a network center. Dealers and the general public can check email, follow their online auctions, and conduct dealer and merchandise searches. In addition, BrimfieldExchange distributes tens of thousands of trade publications along with its popular Brimfield Pocket Guide from its uniquely designed, attractive building. The Brimfield Pocket Guide contains maps, hotel listings and a dealer directory searchable by general category. The guide is distributed in six New England States through antique shops and at other antique and collectible events or can be downloaded online. Local information regarding maps, hotels, antique shops and restaurants are available online at www.BrimfieldExchange.com. The most recent issue of the Brimfield Pocket Guide can be found at http://www.brimfieldexchange.com/pocketguide/archive/2005/BPG_0905.pdf
Tim has operated BrimfieldExchange with its Brimfield Dealer Directory and Brimfield Pocket Guide from a highly visible location on Route 20 adjacent to May’s Parking and opposite May’s Antique Market. Both dealer and customer interest in looking for antiques and collectibles via the Internet mixed with outdoor Brimfield weather conditions spurred the construction of a more substantial facility.
