It is a gorgeous set of 3 Limited Edition Artist Proof Watercolor Prints of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from renound artist, Valerie Craig. In 1995, she was commisioned by The American Cancer Society, Philadelphia Division, Women's Board to paint 4 watercolor scenes of Philadephia, which were later used in the holdiay fundraising session. I have come across this lovely set of framed art which are each the 3rd Limited Edition Artist Proof out of 96. (3/96). The scenes are as follows: The first is titled "Philadelphia Skyline" and is a view of The Benjamin Franklin Parkway from the foot of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, looking east toward Philadelphia City Hall; the second is titled "Independence Hall" and is The Pennsylvania State House, commonly known as "Independence Hall", is a focal point of Philadelphia's Independence National Historical Park. Completed in 1756, it was one of the largest buildings in the 13 colonies and home to both the Contintental Congress and the Constitutional Convention; and the third is titled "Schuylkill Skyline" The Philadelphia Museum of Art(on the left) marks the beginning of Philadelphia's skyline in this view from the Schuylkill River.
This set comes as you see in pics in a high quality 11 X 20 frame with glass and matting and ready to hang on the wall. On the back of the frame, is the original card (3 of them) which shows what the original owner was given by The American Cancer Society notating a gift to the ACS.
